Hi there,

I'm trying to conduct a study using Inquisit 4 web (from Australia if that makes a difference).  I'm trying to do multiple participants in a room at the one time, but it all wigs out and stops working.  One of the error messages is that millisecond has timed out.  I'm working with a wide broadband and it all works very well when there are about 5 going on at once.  But more than that it all just freezes and stops working.  Any advice?

Many thanks.

Definitely sounds like a networking / internet connection problem. I doubt that the timeout happens on the side of the millisecond server. It may be that your local broadband chokes on the traffic, in which case local support staff should be able to help with some network diagnostics.
