Hi!
Our probands should solve a modular arithmetic problem. Therefore we created an experiment with inquisit. We infixed the symbol '≡' by copy and paste from a word document. Inquisit was able to indicate this symbol. But as soon as we closed our data file and opend the same file again, the symbol '≡' was transformed into '='.

My question: Are there any opportunities to present the symbol '
≡ '?

Thank you for your answer!

Inquisit 4 is a unicode application (files are encoded in UTF-8 to be precise). Any unicode symbol can be displayed provided that the font you are using has said symbol available. That includes "≡". To make use of unicode support you *must* save your scripts in the *.iqx format. Legacy *.exp files are not unicode. A file demonstrating that displaying "≡" works fine is attached.
