But one P who is using HP Pavilion 7855 receives this message: Unable to launch the application. Group: Administrators Posts: 13K, Visits: 108K	Might be an outdated JRE (Java Runtime Environment) or browser misconfiguration (some browsers will automatically block Java, one must manually enable). You might simply want to have her/him try a different launch method (e.g. web player) -- that's one of the reasons why multiple methods exist. Edited 11 Years Ago by Dave
