problems uninstalling plugin for web version

Group: Awaiting Activation Posts: 72, Visits: 192	Hi, One of my P is not able to uninstall the plugin. She receives this error message: "An error occurred while trying to unregister the plugin. Technical Details: Suste.Security.Security.Exception: Requested registry access is not allowed. at Microsoft.Win32.RegistryKey.OpenSubKey(string name, Boolean writable) at IQWEBClean.IqCleaner.cleanPluginRegistration() The Zone of the assembly that failed was: My Computer" Any thoughts as to the nature of the problem?
