This is a matter of understanding general data preparation and aggregation techniques (and thus unrelated to Inquisit; it applies to any kind of reaction time data, no matter which application was used to collect it). I recommend working through the tutorial article by Lacroix & Giguere (2006;
http://www.tqmp.org/Content/vol02-1/p020/p020.pdf
).
Note that the vast majority of Inquisit 4 scripts available from the Task Library will output a single-line summary data file w/ applicable aggregates / summary statistics in addition to the long-format trial-by-trial raw data file.

Hello all,
I'm sorry for another question.
Ive collected data of 100 probands who answered some descriptive questions and then made two strooptests. When I look into the results, I've got many rows for one proband but also many colums with different variables. How can I transform this data so I can analyse it with SPSS? For that, I'd need only one row for one person and every variable in one column.
Thanks a lot!
