Preventing subjects from changing answers in text box

Either disable back-navigation in your <survey> or run the <surveypage>s via a <block>. You can only prevent people from going back, there's no way to "lock" responses -- if they can navigate back, they can change them.

I am creating a survey that involves having subjects list five adjectives in five separate text boxes on one page and then having them rate the valence of the adjectives on a second page using radio buttons. For reasons having to do with social desirability, I do not want the subject to know they will be rating their adjectives when they list them. Is it possible to lock off the answers in the text box once the subject presses the next button?

Any assistance will be greatly appreciated
