Hi Dave,

This might be an easy fix but I think I've been working at this too long to see the answer, and I couldn't find anything directly related already on the forum.

I've coded a survey and uploaded it, but when the link is clicked on, the survey is not brought up and the user is brought directly to the "Thanks for participating, your data is received!" page.

I've changed the name of the file (there were parenthesis in it at first). I've uninstalled and reinstalled he plug in. Restarted my computer. Re-uploaded all the files. Double checked the survey code locally on my computer. Everything is checking out, but I still never get to the survey, it goes straight from the welcome/start page to the closing page. 

Are there any common errors I've made that could be contributing to this? Anything I can do? Do you need to see the code? Am I missing something blatantly obvious??
