expressions.d is calculated to the improved algorithm. You can see that for your self by looking at the calculations in the script.

Thanks for your reply, Dave, so this mean that we need to calculate by ourselves or is the (expressions.d) equals to the D-score for the "Improved Algorithm"?

The D-scores are calculated according to Greenwald et al.'s (2003) "improved scoring algorithm".

Hello Everyone,

In Greenwald et al., (2003), they introduced the Improved Algorithm for IAT studies, in the inquisit rawdata file there are variables (expressions.da, expressions.db, expressionsd). Just curious does any of the variables in the rawdata file represent the improved Algorithm score or we need to compute the improved algorithm by ourselves after combing the data?
