There is an excessive amount of TAB characters appended to each single line in your items. Those prevent Inquisit from determining the proper places to insert line breaks. They need to be stripped out (see attached). I'm not sure where those characters came from -- but please avoid pasting from word processing applications into the Inquisit editor if possible. Doing so can lead to non-obvious problems such as the one here.
