Inquisit 4 Web Script Won't Start - Nothing After Loading Screen

Group: Forum Members Posts: 8, Visits: 17	Hi all - this is the first time I'm using Inquisit Web (4.0.4.0). Everything is uploaded and ready to go, but when I click the 'Start' button on the survey's welcome page nothing happens in the browser. Instead, I get an Inquisit loading screen, then it returns to the survey's welcome page but now the 'Start' buttons is missing. I have downloaded the plug-in; tried using Safari, Firefox, and Chrome (all latest versions); tried using the "Java WebStart" option. Nothing seems to actually get the survey going. The script is running fine on the desktop application. Any thoughts much appreciated!

Group: Administrators Posts: 13K, Visits: 104K	#1: You should be using the latest Inquisit Web version (4.0.6.0) if possible, not outdated 4.0.4.0. Not sure if that's the cause of the problem, but it's at least conceivable. #2: For anything more specific, you need to provide the link to the experiment's launch page.
