You cannot open or run an E-Prime file with Inquisit. Neither can you open or run an Inquisit script using E-Prime. They are completely different programs, using different syntax and working very differently under the hood.
If you want to use Inquisit you must re-implement the given task from scratch in Inquisit, i.e., using Inquisit's own syntax. To learn about the basics of Inquisit syntax, first check out the tutorials included in the Inquisit documentation. Once you're familiar with those basics, you can start writing your task. If you get stuck at some point, you can ask any specific question you might have here.
