random() at the <block> level corresponds to noreplace(). It is recommended to use noreplace() instead of random() for clarity.

Hello,
I am new to Inquisit and have a very basic question (apologies for that, but I am uncertain and have not been able to find a clear answer..).  How does the selectionmode "random" work (within the Block element as a trials attribute). Does it correspond to the noreplace or replace specification?
I would be very thankful for a reply!
