Group: Administrators Posts: 13K, Visits: 109K	I've tested the experiment as well (ID used was 0000, so you can identify and eliminate the data set) and am unable to reproduce the error. Hard to tell what's going on without further details about the respective participant's setup. It may be an issue with her/his browser configuration (e.g. JavaScript disabled) or something similar. If you have any further details (operating system type and version, browser type and version, launch method(s) attempted), it would be great if you could add them to this thread.

One participant reported the following error message: "The UserId Parameter was not specified" and said that the project would not start at all. Participants receive a four digit ID they have to use to login. However, using the same ID, I am not able to reproduce this error message. Any ideas what could be wrong? Best Julia
