Since neither you nor I are able to reproduce this, there may be some commonality between those three affected systems (if the error is indeed the same on all of them) that we're both not catching. I don't see any obvious commonality in the logs, though. Different browsers, different Windows versions, it would seem.
#1: Does the error occur for them across different launch methods. E.g., if they used JavaWebStart before, have them try e.g. the web player or vice versa. Available alternative launch methods can be accessed via the "Having trouble starting" link at the bottom of the launch page. #2: Is there any commonality that you know of that would not show up in the logs, e.g. all use the same antivirus software or other security related browser plugins?
