I am combining scripts using the batch command. Two separate scripts randomize participants using their subject ID, but these separate portions of the experiment need to be randomized in the same way (i.e., in part one, the participant needs to see a specific colored background and in part two they need to see a background color that does not match what they previously saw). The way I have the scripts set up does this, but I am worried about what happens if people quit the study between these two components. For example, if someone completes the first part with the initial randomization but not the second part with the other randomization, will that throw off the match between the randomization for the first and second components for later participants? Thanks for any help. I can also clarify if my question in unclear in any way.
