You can specify a custom finish page to redirect to that contains the clickable link. Note: This is not something you do in your script, but in your web experiment settings. However, rather than providing a clickable link, you'll usually want to redirect participants directly to the Qualtrics URL -- which is also something you can simply specify in the web experiment settings when you upload and configure your script to the millisecond.com server.
