Registration - added web license

Group: Forum Members Posts: 2, Visits: 12	Hi all! I am having trouble registering my web license on Inquisit. I bought an additional license and added it onto my professor's Inquisit account. He added my email, and I activated the web license. Now that I am programming the study, I need to download the Inquisit program to my computer. After I download the program I am asked for a registration key. Following the website's instructions, I go to a page where I can retrieve the key. However the website does not allow me to press the buttons. Why is this? How do I rectify the problem?

Group: Administrators Posts: 13K, Visits: 104K	An Inquisit Web license does not require a registration key. What you downloaded is Inquisit Lab, and if you have not purchased any Inquisit Lab license(s) in addition to your Inquisit Web license(s), you will not be able to obtain a registration key. Using an unregistered Inquisit Lab installation should, however, be sufficient to edit and test your script.
