Hi all! I am having trouble registering my web license on Inquisit. I bought an additional license and added it onto my professor's Inquisit account. He added my email, and I activated the web license. Now that I am programming the study, I need to download the Inquisit program to my computer. After I download the program I am asked for a registration key. Following the website's instructions, I go to a page where I can retrieve the key. However the website does not allow me to press the buttons. Why is this? How do I rectify the problem?
