I'm running a batch of IAT's for a research study and I am having trouble understanding how to upload the external files (images, videos, etc.) to the web script wizard. I was able to create the batch in the Inquisit lab editor and upload it to the server; however, my script will not run because the image files have not been uploaded. Could anyone walk me through locating/identifying, saving, and uploading the image files for my scripts to the server to resolve this issue? Would I merge the individual IAT's that I've included in the batches and then upload them to the server? Or would I be separating specific sections of the individual IAT's and creating a new file to be uploaded?

Any help would be appreciated!

When you click the "register new script" button in your account's "web scripts" section, the web script wizard opens in a new window.

In the 1st step, you register your active web script. In your case, that is the script containing your <batch> element(s).

In the next (2nd) step, you upload your "actual" scripts (your IAT scripts) as well as all other files those scripts require (images, etc.). Controls for uploading files are at the bottom of the screen. At the top of the screen you see the files that have been uploaded.

Once you've uploaded all the files in the 2nd step, complete the remaining steps in the wizard.

Thank you for your reply. I understand the steps that you provided; however, what I'm struggling with is how to specifically identify, save and then upload the external files that are associated with the scripts. I'm able to get both scripts and the file containing the batch that I am using, along with my debriefing statement onto the server. I am also able to see the files that say image, item, etc. What I don't understand is how to/if I need to separate this portion of the files and create a new one to be uploaded onto the server.

Thanks so much.
