Hello,
A participant in our study decided to withdraw. She would like to uninstall the Inquisit web player she downloaded, but receives the error message below. Does anyone have any suggestions?

The uninstall gets to about 85% and then says ...
There is a problem with this Windows Installer package. A program required for this install to complete could not be run. Contact your support personnel or package vendor."
