Group: Forum Members Posts: 10, Visits: 22	Hello, I am setting up a new lab and plan to purchase several Inquisit licenses for my lab space. One of the computer labs in my new department features several computers that are "imaged" from one central computer. Many faculty use one software license on the main, central computer so that the software runs on the "imaged" computers. I am very unfamiliar with this set-up, and no one else in the department is familiar with Inquisit. Will Inquisit 5 run and collect data in a lab with imaged computers? Thank you!

If Inquisit Lab is installed and properly registered on the "central" computer from which the "master" image deployed to the other machines is generated, those imaged machines should have a fully functional and usable Inquisit Lab installation. The computer and registration keys will be identical for all machines in such a scenario. While you only need a single registration key, you would still have to own the appropriate amount of Inquisit Lab licenses, though. (I.e., if there are five computers in your lab, you'd need five Inquisit Lab licenses). Hope this helps.
