The server / Inquisit does not block access from particular countries, so in principle your participants should be able to run your web experiment just fine. If you expect their internet connection to be unreliable or slow, however, it would be advisable to take this into account when designing your experiment, e.g. try to keep the amount of files (images, etc.) involved to a minimum and avoid particularly large files (huge uncompressed bitmaps or long-ish videos).

I am looking to have participants complete tasks in Mexico and Trinidad - can I expect Inquisit to be accessible in these regions?
