Hi,

Our web experiment is being used multiple times over several days and I was just wondering if there is a way to stop the Web Player from downloading on each run through?  Basically I'd only want the participants to download the player once and then uninstall it at the end of the entire set of trials a few weeks down the track.

Thanks
Dave

Hmm, that's actually how things should behave automatically. The experiment should start immediately when clicking the start button if the web player's [1] already been installed (i.e., it should not have to be downloaded / installed anew on each subsequent run-through).

Can you tell me under which circumstances you see the repeated downloads (on each run)? I.e., operating system(s) (type and version), browser(s) used (type and version), etc.? A link to your experiment's launch page might also be helpful.

Thanks.

[1] Provided it is the correct version, i.e. the one indicated in the web experiment's settings.
