Error trying to use .jpg

Its odd because a script that is nearly identical runs just fine. DirectWrite Error: 0x80070057 The parameter is incorrect. Line 1304, File win\Direct2DGraphics.cpp Anyone get this error before and have a fix? Figured it out :) Was overlapping items.
