Hi all,
I've been using Inquisit InquiWeb to collect data. All was well last semester - everything was running smoothly. As of today, my participants cannot get past the consent form. After clicking "I agree to participate," it then takes participants to a prompt that reads "unable to open file [my information here]. I did not touch anything and just assumed everything would be ok - any ideas? I was not provided with a registration key for Inquisit 5 (not sure if that matters - please forgive the fact that I am a beginner). Any help would be so greatly appreciated. I have participants signed up and unable to complete the study as of now. Thank you!
