Problem downloading data file

Group: Awaiting Activation Posts: 11, Visits: 52	I am using inquisit 4 web to run experiments and noticed that I could not download data file starting early Feb. 27th, 2017. When I click on Web data file it returned spinning wheels, and eventually it returned an error and indicated that webmaster has been notified. I wonder what the problem might be?I was not having any problem downloading data the day before. Many thanks! ~Alicia

If there are a lot of folders and/or files, this will take some time on the 1st load, but the delay should be significantly shorter on subsequent loads. I've tested under your account, and the folders and files do load. Can you please try again and let me know if you're still seeing problems? Thanks!
