Hello,

Here I have a taugh question (for me at least). I would like to make a task where a child could manipulate few segments on a screen in order to make a shape (like office allow...in the image as example),

so the child would need to be able to rotate (in office you can rotate a line if you select the extremities) and drag (if you move them touching a point in the middle) the segments in order to join the extremities. I would need to give them a video feedback on the basis of their performance e.g., if they draw a rectangle or a triangle (I think I would be able to do the last part).... Is it possible to do the first part of the task in inquisit?

Thank you very much,

Elena

No, rotating objects is not possible, so this is a no-go, I'm afraid.

Thank you.

Would it be possible doing something like a geoboard? Like that one in the link below?

or just static (licke clicking the dots and joining the lines?

The static option *might* be viable in some stripped-down version. I'd recommend you take a look that the Trail Making Test (https://www.millisecond.com/download/library/trailmakingtest/ ) and/or maybe this bit of code here: https://www.millisecond.com/forums/FindPost18362.aspx

Hi Supreme Being,

That's helpful thanks, but I was wondering if instead of a hand drawn line would be possible to track a straight line instead (from point 1 to point B for example)?

Many thanks,

Elena

Unfortunately not.
