Four research assistants downloaded the most recent version of Inquisit to their personal Macs about a month ago. Each has found that runtime commands such as ctrl+q and ctrl+b aren't working and have had to force quit instead. Can you advise as to what might be going on or how to rectify the issue? Thanks! This might be an issue with those Mac's local keyboard configuration, essentially along the lines of this: https://apple.stackexchange.com/questions/98219/ctrl-key-on-microsoft-keyboard-does-not-map-to-macs-command You should be able configure the CTRL key's behavior via System Preferences > Keyboard > Keyboard Shortcuts > Application Shortcuts > All Applications.
