Hello all,

I am conducting a Qualtrics-based study where participants are redirected twice to complete IATs using Inquisit 4 software. Recently, however, participants have been reporting two issues: 1) attempts to download the "Inquisit 4 Web" software result in "404--page not found" error messages and 2) Inquisit is not redirecting participants to the next portion of the Qualtrics survey even though both websites have been properly linked.

Any ideas for what could be wrong would be immensely helpful. Thank you!

#1 may be due to using an outdated Inquisit 4 Web version or something like that. #2 is impossible to assess without having access to the actual links involved (the launch pages for the respective Inquisit Web experiments, the URLs for the respective Qualtrics surveys those are supposed to redirect to respectively). Could you please provide that information? Thanks.
