Group: Forum Members Posts: 5, Visits: 19	Hello, I'm trying to figure out if there is a way to save inquisit output directly to csv, or any other format. Is that possible? Or is there a different way to import inquisit data into other applications, such as matlab? Thank you so much in advance!

Inquisit data files (.iqdat extension) are simple tab-delimited text files ("tab-separated values" instead of "comma-separated values" or csv, if you will). Nothing about the .iqdat format is proprietary or exoctic, tab-separated files can be read or imported by any data analysis or spreadsheet application, including Matlab, via that application's built-in import facilities. https://www.mathworks.com/help/stats/tdfread.html Edited 6 Years Ago by Dave
