Hi,
currently, I am planning a study in which we want to combine a free viewing task with physio data (e.g., skin conductance). Is it possible to Combine Inquisit 5 with TMSI polybench?

I'm not sure what you mean by "combine", but generally speaking Inquisit can communicate with external equipment per TTL signals sent via the parallel or serial port. I.e. if your measurement rig accepts parallel and or serial input, then you should be able to send markers signalling trial onsets, etc. from Inquisit that would be captured along with your physio recordings.
