Difficulty uninstalling Inquisit 4 Web

Group: Administrators Posts: 13K, Visits: 104K	+x charlie909 - Wednesday, May 15, 2019 I tried to install Inquisit on my system having windows 10 OS but every time I am getting windows update error 80070103 whenever I open it. Can anyone tell me what is the reason behind this issue? This would seem to be an issue with your Windows installation, not Inquisit, so I don't think I can help here.

The file it's specifying is not hidden, as I have show hidden items checked in widows explorer. For anyone else experiencing this difficulty, go to this link https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/17588/windows-fix-problems-that-block-programs-being-installed-or-removed It appears to have worked for me. I would appreciate it if the devs would point out where any lingering files might be hiding. The web player is a single executable, which is placed under C:\Users\YourUserName\AppData\Roaming\Millisecond Software\Inquisit 4 Web Player\ under normal circumstances. There are no other lingering files. Thanks a bunch!

I don't understand how I would open the add/remove page in admin mode. The specified file is either hidden or does not exist in the specified directory when I navigate there in windows explorer. I cannot trust this app given this experience and will not use surveys that use it anymore. I also cannot recommend that researchers or survey participants use it. I have already restarted and tried the msiexec /unregister/regserver method suggested 3 years ago. My version number is 4.0.10.0
