When attempting to open Inquisit 5 Script files (.iqx), I receive an error message saying, "The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable" and asks me to find the installation package 'Inquisitx64.msi' that I am unable to locate anywhere in my files. The next part of the error message asks me to download Inquisit 5, however I already have it.

When opened from inside Inquisit, .iqx files run perfectly fine. EXP files run normally from both inside Inquisit and file explorer.

How do I fix this?

Sounds more like a Windows problem than an Inquisit one. I would:
- Uninstall Inquisit via the control panel.
- Reboot.
- Reinstall Inquisit.

To clarify: I've seen issues like this on occasion with various applications, not Inquisit specifically. It happens when Windows' installer database develops an issue and "forgets" where it put some application's installation package (Windows keeps these around). If Windows doesn't let you uninstall Inquisit, you can get the *.msi file the following way:

- Open a command line window and run the Inquisit installer with the -c switch. E.g. if you have the installer from the site downloaded to your Desktop:

It will then prompt you for a location where to extract the *.msi files to. You can extract them to your Desktop and then, when Windows prompts you again for the location of the *.msi, you can point it to the file on your Desktop.
