Hi everyone!
I am running an experiment in which I have three conditions(randomized) first in qualtrics and afterward again in inquisit. Is there any form to connect both (qualtrics and inquisit) to show the same picture primed first in qualtrics to appear on inquisit? Perhaps ID group connections? Anyone that could help with that?
Thank you in advance for your help!

Yes, you would pass the condition number (1, 2 or 3) a given participant was assigned to by Qualtrics from Qualtrics to Inquisit via a URL query parameter. Inquisit can read that parameter value in and use it as its group ID. Inquisit can then display the same image / condition based on the provided group number. In essence, you do the same thing described for the subject ID here https://www.millisecond.com/support/docs/v5/html/howto/interopsurveys.htm with the group ID as well.

Could you please further assist me on how to configure this group ID on Inquisit? How can I determine the group number on qualtrics to identify it on inquisit? Besides, it will the subject ID and Group ID from Inquisit and Qualtrics go back to the the 3rd party site as well (qualtrics for the second time)? Thank you in advance for your help!

This is a question for the Qualtrics documentation and/or Qualtrics support. For starters, see their documentation on what they call "embedded data" https://www.qualtrics.com/support/survey-platform/survey-module/survey-flow/standard-elements/embedded-data/ , branch logic https://www.qualtrics.com/support/survey-platform/survey-module/survey-flow/standard-elements/branch-logic/ and forwarding information per query strings: https://www.qualtrics.com/support/survey-platform/survey-module/survey-flow/standard-elements/passing-information-through-query-strings/

> Besides, it will the subject ID and Group ID from Inquisit and Qualtrics go back to the the 3rd party site as well (qualtrics for the second time)?

Yes, the Inquisit start page automatically captures all incoming query parameters and automatically appends them to any outgoing URL.

I am really struggling because it seems that Inquisit is not recognizing the link. I created 3 different blocks (one per condition), one branch (if that image, or the other, or the other) and one embedded data naming three groups id = piped text from the condition' question. At the end of the survey, I created an "end of survey" and add the customized URL link: (http://research.millisecond.com...?subjectid=${e://Field/ResponseID}&groupid=piped texted one&piped texted 2&piped texted 3. The link when I copy and paste is working. However, when redirected from qualtrics to inquisit it appears a message saying "undefined". Do you have any idea what am I doing wrong? And could you also please inform if is it correct the way I did to prime the same condition of qualtrics on inquisit? Thank you in advance for your help!!

This means that a query parameter is faulty. The issue is on the Qualtrics end, double check there. Make sure your query parameters are properly defined and their values are actually properly piped through (look at your browser's address bar).

> &groupid=piped texted one&piped texted 2&piped texted 3

Is not how you properly define query parameters. A given parameter, here:groupid, has a single value, there may not be any ampersand ("&") in its value. Ampersands are there to separate different query parameters.

I fixed the URL parameter on qualtrics. The subject ID is passing, however, the group ID is still not passing from qualtrics to inquisit. I believe the code in inquisit needs to be in a different way. I already tried to code with group id, group assignment... Can you please help how do I refer the query parament of the groupid on inquisit script? Thank you!

In your web experiment's settings, you simply specify the name of the query parameter that holds the group number. That's all there is to it on the Inquisit-side.
