Hello,

Hope you are all keeping well.

I am a bit confused - how does this two differ: "Add New User" under "Account users"  vs "Add new Account" under "Managed Site"

It is also found that if I "Add new Account" under "Managed Site", I can't manage/give user role (such as admin right or just as user).

I would highly appreciate your reply.

A new account is an account just like your own. It is managed by whomever you desginate as that account's administrator when you create the account under your site license. That account's admin, then, can add users to their account as needed.
