QNetwork Error on Inquisit Web - too many images?

Group: Forum Members Posts: 20, Visits: 80	Hi all, We have a script that's running fine for us locally on our personal machines, with Inquisit 6, but when we try to run it on the web we get this error: QNetwork Error: Error transferring https://scripts.millisecond.com/[user]/memory/[ourscript].iqx - server replied: Line 102, File C:\inquisit6\IQRuntime\qt\Path_qt.cpp (I inserted the [user] and [ourscript] bits) We're getting this on a Mac, and on a Windows 10 machine. We have hundreds of images that get presented one at a time to participants - and we have corresponded with David from Millisecond about making sure we are under the data limit. But perhaps there is some issue with the size or number of buffer packets or some such, that it's trying to load in Inquisit Web? The script referenced in the error messages isn't actually the script that's uploaded. Beyond that, several of the image files the currently uploaded script requires have not been uploaded. The same is true for at least one HTML file (the consent form). Upload the missing files, clear your systems' caches, and then try again. For good measure, clear the Inquisit player app's cache as well. To do so, open it, go to the "Tests" tab, click the edit icon in the upper left corner, highlight the experiment's entry in the test list, click delete and confirm.

After ensuring that we had all files and scripts loaded, we were able to run the script online! And actually, I imagine because of the online storage of the image files, the experiment is MUCH faster to load on Inquisit Web than on my local Inquisit 6 copy. Thank you again! James
