Inquisit 3 handles Hebrew text. However, you must be running Hebrew Windows, or if you have a multi-language Windows setup, you must set Hebrew as the default language for non-Unicode applications, which you can do in the Regions and Languages applet in Control Panel.

Can't help with the language issue, but this thread outlines some workaround strategies that can also be applied in your case: http://www.millisecond.com/forums/Topic2620.aspx.

if not, i would appreciate if someone can tell me how i plant jpg files in the instructions page.
