Hello,

I am trying to conduct a matching-to-sample study with Inquisit. I already have the code in Inquisit 5, and it works perfectly if I execute it from the file, but when I upload it to Inquisit Web, it does not execute from the link.
Then I tried uploading the Inquisit 5 code as an Inquisit 6 format, and it does work, but it takes way too long to start (around 40-50 minutes just to open the experiment, and it performs very slowly after that).

Is there anything I can do to optimize this?

Thank you in advance.

There is no format difference between Inquisit 5 and 6, so I have no idea what you are referring to with "then I tried uploading the Inquisit 5 code as an Inquisit 6 format, and it does work, but it takes way too long to start."

Describe what you did in detail and provide the link.

What I meant is I registered the experiment in Inquisit Web as Inquisit 6, when the code is actually in Inquisit 5.

That experiment is running under Inquisit 5 Web, it is not "registered as Inquisit 6." So I still don't know what your actual question is.
