Hi all,
My Inqisuit Web study is running and most participants can access it. It has also been tested extensively beforehand, everything works fine. However, there are some participants that can't access the launch page. They get a "404 Not Found" error message. My hypothesis is that it relates to the country they are in, since it seems to mainly be participants in one country (Türkiye in this case). Is this possible? I'm using the US server. Could it help to create a new link on the EU server?
Any advice is welcome!

My guess would be that in the case of the affected participants, the request headers sent to the server are in some way invalid or misencoded, which leads to the server returing a 404. Give me the link to the affected launch page, then we can check whether we're seeing any oddities in the requests and server responses. Update: Thanks for providing the link privately. I'll post an update to this thread regarding what we found, if anything. There's a lot data to go through and check, so this may take some time.

Hi Dave, I was wondering if you managed to take a look at my link? Thanks! It's on the list for this week, apologies for the delay. To speed things up, do you happen to have a few specific dates or at least a rough time range during which participants located in Turkiye encountered the problem?

I know there were multiple attempts on January 18 and 19. There will have been quite a few attempts in afterwards, but I don't know when exactly.

This indeed turned out to be an encoding issue, but fortunately one we can handle and fix from our end. The problem should be resolved as of the time of writing, but please let us know if any participants continue to experience 404s when trying to access the URL.
