Hi,
I'm using Inquisit 7 Lab and I have this question that uses radio buttons for the multiple choice options, but there are no buttons next to each option. When an option is clicked, a dot appears next to it, but is there a way to show open bubbles next to all the options to make it clear that the participant should choose from the list? Here is my code:

<radiobuttons opposite>
/ caption = "Consider the following word pairs: old:young, happy:sad, smooth:rough.
What relation best describes these word pairs? Select the best option below.~n"
/ options = ("X is the opposite of Y", "X is a defect in Y", "X counteracts Y", "X may be undone by Y")
</radiobuttons>

I am unable to reproduce this, the result I get is

What's the exact version you have installed and what system (OS type and version) are you seeing this under?

That's a bit outdated. Latest is 7.0.6. Try that one and check if the problem persists.
