I emailed support@millisecond.com on 18th june, but haven’t heard back. Is that inbox active, or should I use a different contact?

Your email got sent to the spam folder. I will respond to it soon, but since Inquisit 5 is outdated software that will increasingly run into problems under newer operating system versions, these problems won't be solvable. You may want to consider upgrading.
