Hello,

One of our participants reported that their session is not working:
"Unfortunately is still not working is like the app won’t allow me access and only appear the background very fast which is dark."

Do you have any suggestions as to how we might be able to troubleshoot this?

Do you have any suggestions as to how we might be able to troubleshoot this?

Not really, because the description is too vague and doesn't really make sense to me. I would recommend the participant try using a different device.

For anything further, try obtaining at least basic device information from the participant, an exact description of the steps they are performing, the application log (Tests tab .then Log in the upper right corner), and also the participant ID (if known) and link to the experment in question.
