Hello everyone,

we are currently experiencing issues with the study “Schulstudie_MZP2” (link: https://mili2nd.eu/zulc).

During data transfer, we receive the error: "Error transferring: 502 - Bad Gateway", which appears in the participant ID column in the Inquisit app.

After running the experiment in offline mode, we attempted to upload the data (as usual) using the university Wi-Fi. However, the issue occurred on every single tablet. We also tried uploading the data using private mobile data, but this did not resolve the problem.

Up until yesterday (and the days before), everything worked without issues. Another observation is that in the logs on the same day, no data is initially visible. However, sessions from the previous day are uploaded retrospectively.

Has anyone experienced similar issues or has ideas on how to resolve this?

Thanks in advance!

Apologies for the trouble. It's a server-side issue, the problem isn't with your network or the tablets. The problem should be resolved later today.
