Hi,

I was wondering whether running two separate Inquisit scripts for different parts of the same experiment would require two licenses, or whether a single license would cover both scripts.

A single web experiment can encompass multiple tasks (scripts), administered one after another in the same session, or at different times across multople sessions, or even different tasks administered to different experimental groups of participants. Which tasks scrpts to administer when and how is controlled by a so-called batch script: https://www.millisecond.com/support/docs/v6/html/articles/batchscripts.htm

This does not require multiple licenses.
