See the documentation for Inquisit's <include> element. Also see https://www.millisecond.com/forums/Topic2435.aspx.

Hi all! I have a really simple question. Coming from other stimulus presentation programs, I'm used to be able to write filenames of pictures, duration, etc in an external text file that is then read in by the program. Is it possible to do this with Inquisit? If so, how?

Just to be more explicit, I would like to be able to write something like this in an external text file:

____

flower.jpg 500

dog.jpg 700

...

____

And have the program read this list and present the corresponding images for the corresponding durations. This is just the simplest example, but I hope you get the point.

Thanks in advance!
