Is it possible to integrate fMRI technology and the go no-go task using millisecond? If so, is there any resources I can look at?

Best.

Inquisit can communicate with external devices via 8-bit TTL signals sent / received through the parallel or serial port. If your fMRI rig supports this mode of communication, Inquisit should be able to talk to it.

See the "How to Present TTL Signals Through the Parallel
Port" topic in the Inquisit documentation as well as the language reference for the <port> element. You may refer to the "Auditory Oddball Task" available from the Task Library at millisecond.com as an example implementation.
