Display problems

I recently downloaded the trial version of Inquisit, and have encountered a problem when trying to run scripts. I ran several scripts, all of which have worked perfectly well on other computers, but when I tried to run them on my laptop they were not displayed properly: the text was either misplaced, or did not appear at all.


The problem occurred even with scripts which were downloaded from the Task Library, so it seems certain that the problem does not lie with the scripts themselves. I have attached a print-screen below, as an example of the strange display.


Does anybody have an idea what may be causing the problem, or how to fix it? Any help will be greatly appreciated!
