Please see http://www.millisecond.com/forums/Topic11588.aspx#11588. Re-installing Inquisit under Mavericks should resolve the issue.

Hi,

I had a functioning Inquisit 4 lab license before I upgraded to Maverick 10.9 - after the upgrade, it's giving me the following error "Registration failed. Verify that the account has an unused license available." I tried transferring a license so I can re-register the computer - but that did not work.

I was forced to use the trial version which has since runout, therefore I can't collect any data.

Anyone else have a similar problem? Or more importantly, anyone have a fix?

Cheers,

Stéphane
