If you want to customize data output, you must use <block> elements to run your <surveypage>s. As to why your survey data files may be improperly formatted: The cause is impossible to determine without the code for the actual script. Do take note though that your Inquisit version appears outdated (4.0.5.0). I would strongly recommend installing the latest release.

Group: Awaiting Activation Posts: 1, Visits: 5	Hi everyone, The data files for a survey I created seem to be improperly recording. Specifically, the column labels align with the survey responses correctly up to a certain point, after which the responses become shuffled (seemingly randomly). I was hoping to solve this problem by using the data element to custom record only the information we need; latency, for example, is not important for our purposes. However, every piece of information I find about the data element seems to be specific to performance tasks. Does anyone have information about how to customize survey data recording?
