Hi,

I am using Inquisit Web for the first time and uploaded a script and files (pictures) using to the Web Scripts page.
However, when trying to start the experiment via the launch page, the web application seems to have problems opening / loading the files / pictures and displays multiple error messages.
For example:
https://www.millisecond.com/images/scripterror.pngError/degner/podtweb/podtweb.iqxUnable to open file 'http://scripts.millisecond.com/degner/podtweb/bg01.jpg'. HTTP status code 403
https://www.millisecond.com/images/scripterror.pngError/degner/podtweb/podtweb.iqx.picture.background.itemsUnable to load the picture 'http://scripts.millisecond.com/degner/podtweb/bg01.jpg'.

The experiment runs without problems when using Inquisit Lab.
I would be very happy if you could help!

It looks like the image files have not been properly uploaded:


Please go into your web experiment's settings, go to the "Upload Files" step and upload the images. Then click the "Save" button at the bottom to commit the changes (this is important; if you make changes and exit without saving, the changes are reverted). Finally, click the "Close" button to exit the web experiment's settings. Things should work after that.
