Error message on Inquisit Web

I have a participant who was able to use Inquisit online yesterday, but when she got back on today, she is getting the following message (please see screen shot). 
She is using the same computer as before...  Does anyone have any idea what the problem maybe?  
Others don't seem to have this problem, but I would like to prevent any future issues.
